Our casino lobby connects live dealer tables from Pragmatic Play and Microgaming with slot rooms from CQ9 and Joker — all inside one account you already use for sports markets. Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits in Indonesia.
The casino section at onlein138 runs on content from four studios: Pragmatic Play handles the bulk of live dealer tables including Live Roulette Gold and a wide baccarat room; Microgaming fills out the table game catalogue; CQ9 and Joker supply the slot titles including Crash Countdown Round and Fishing War Arcade. You move between them using the category tabs at the top of the lobby — no separate login, no second wallet. Your account balance carries across from the sportsbook the moment you switch tabs. RTP figures are shown only where the studio exposes them in the game interface itself, so check the paytable directly inside each title rather than relying on a site-level average. The lobby is filterable by studio and by game type, which keeps things manageable when you want a specific table rather than browsing the full catalogue.
Live Roulette Gold and the Pragmatic Play baccarat tables load in portrait mode without layout shifts — the betting grid scales to thumb reach and the dealer stream stays in frame above it. Fishing War Arcade and Crash Countdown Round from CQ9 are touch-optimised: tap controls replace mouse hover, and the in-game interface does not require landscape rotation. If your connection drops mid-round, the game client reconnects to the same table state rather than resetting your bet position. The casino tab stays pinned in the mobile navigation so you can move from a Liga 1 sports bet straight into the slot lobby without going back to the home screen.
If a live dealer round closes before your bet registers or the result looks wrong, open the Round History tab in your account. It logs every completed hand, spin, and crash round with a timestamp and stake amount. Share that record reference when you contact support so the team can locate the exact session.
Your casino balance is the same wallet used for sports bets — one pool, no transfer step needed. If a casino win does not reflect in your wallet within the expected session window, the transaction log in account settings shows the pending entry. Indonesia support can trace it from that entry ID.
Some live tables from Pragmatic Play have seat limits during peak hours — if a table shows as full, the lobby surface a waitlist or an identical backup table. If a game tile fails to load, clear the browser cache first; if the issue continues, Indonesia support handles casino-specific loading queries separately from general account questions.
Every title in the lobby comes directly from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, CQ9, or Joker — no unattributed or repackaged content. The studio name is visible on each game tile so you know exactly whose RNG and live stream you are playing on before you open the table.
We do not publish a site-level RTP figure, because RTP is set at the studio level and varies per title. Where a studio exposes the figure — Pragmatic Play and Microgaming both do this in the in-game paytable — you will see it there. If no figure is shown, the studio has not published one for that title.
Deposit and withdrawal records for casino sessions are stored in the same transaction log as sports bets. Every ShopeePay and Bank Transfer entry carries a reference ID. If you want to verify a payout, that log is the record — not a site-wide claim, but your own account data.
Access to the casino section depends on local law and is available in eligible regions only. We do not describe the casino as universally accessible — the account page shows the current access status for your region when you log in.
Live Roulette Gold and Pragmatic Play baccarat put a real dealer on stream with a timer-driven betting window. Round pace is set by the dealer, not you — suits sessions where the social format and visible draw or spin matter more than self-paced control.
Fishing War Arcade and Crash Countdown Round from CQ9, plus Joker slot titles, run on your own clock. No dealer timer, no seat limit. You open the game, set your stake, and run as many rounds as you choose — the lobby stays available even during peak live table hours.
Microgaming's RNG table games — blackjack, roulette, baccarat without a live stream — use the same rules as the live versions but resolve instantly. Useful when live tables are full or when you want to play at a pace the dealer schedule does not allow.
Because the casino and sportsbook share one account wallet, you can move from a Liga 1 pre-match bet into a Pragmatic Play live table without cashing out or reloading. The switch is a tab change; your balance follows immediately and the transaction log captures both session types in one view.
RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total wagers a slot returns to players over a large number of rounds. A title with 96% RTP returns Rp 96 for every Rp 100 wagered on average, calculated across millions of spins — not per session.
Live dealer means a real person deals cards or spins the wheel on a video stream while you bet through the interface. Pragmatic Play and Microgaming both run live dealer studios; the round result comes from the physical table, not an RNG.
A bonus round is a feature inside a slot title that activates on specific symbol combinations. It typically changes the reel mechanic — extra multipliers, locked symbols, or extended spin features — and is named differently per studio title. The paytable inside the game shows what triggers it.
RNG stands for Random Number Generator. In RNG table games like Microgaming blackjack, each hand outcome is produced by a certified algorithm rather than a physical deck or dealer. RNG results are audited at the studio level, not at site level.
A crash game is a round-based format where a multiplier climbs from 1x upward and can stop at any point. You cash out before it stops to lock in the multiplier on your stake. Crash Countdown Round on CQ9 uses this mechanic with a visible countdown display.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification step before a withdrawal is processed. You submit an ID document through the account verification section. Completion status is shown in your account settings; the casino withdrawal route stays pending until it is cleared.
The casino lobby runs on content from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, CQ9, and Joker. Each game tile shows the studio name. These four cover live dealer tables, RNG table games, slots, and crash-format titles — every game in the lobby traces back to one of them.
Yes. One account covers both. Your wallet balance is shared across the sportsbook and the casino tabs, so you can place a Liga 1 bet and then open a Pragmatic Play live table without moving funds between separate accounts or waiting for an internal transfer.
Open the deposit section in your account, select ShopeePay, enter the amount, and follow the transfer instructions shown on screen. The fields and limits are displayed during the deposit flow. Once confirmed, the balance reflects in your account wallet and is immediately available for casino play.
Live Roulette Gold and Pragmatic Play baccarat load in portrait mode on mobile browsers without requiring a separate download. Touch controls replace hover interactions, and the dealer stream stays above the betting grid. Seat limits on some tables apply regardless of device.
If your connection drops mid-round, the game client attempts to reconnect to the same table state. Your stake for that round remains as placed. The Round History log in your account records the outcome once the round closes, even if you were disconnected when it resolved.
The transaction log in your account settings shows every deposit and withdrawal entry with a reference ID, timestamp, and current status. For Bank Transfer withdrawals, the reference ID is what Indonesia support needs if you want to query a specific entry that has not updated.
